Vision board project
1. Rewrite the standard in your own words. How does the assignment relate to the standard? |
The standard is CCSS.ELA-LITERACY.W.8.3: Write narratives to develop real or imagined experiences or events using effective technique, relevant descriptive details, and well-structured event sequences. This means to write about myself in good writing techniques. This standrad relates to the standard because we made a vison board about our future.

2. What steps did you take to complete the assignment? |
At first, I used the internet to search up pictures of what I want to post on my board. Then I added them all to a document and asked Ms. Sherman to print them. After that, I got a poster and then glued all of them. Finally, I put small captions here and there to make it look organized.

This assignment demonstrates the following strengths that I can research and make a document about the components that make up the vision board. It also shows that I know what I want to do in the future and what I like.

4. I could have improved my work on this assignment by... |
I could have improved my assignment by adding more words and keeping them organized. I had such small poster and big pictures so it looked kind of disorganized when I crammed all of them in. Also, I didnt have any captions next to the pictures, so I need to improve on that too.

5. How will you apply the skills you learned from this assignment in the real world, as an adult or in other classes while you are still a student? |
I heard people make their own Vision Boards because they get inspired. If I make one, then I could keep focus on what path I want to go and keep track of what I did and didnt do.
