I chose nine tailed fox and a human and I chose these two because it was kind of a mythical creature so i wanted to try it. I got the body, face , and legs from human and the rest from the fox.

4Explain the standard "VA.8.2.6 Design both additive and subtractive sculptures." What does it mean, and how did you include both additive and subtractive techniques in your project?
5) How could you improve your project? Give specific examples with solutions of how you would like to fix them.
|
The standard means to add designs to your clay and also to carve out designs as well. I used additive in the ears and tails and used subtractive on the eyes nose and mouth.
I could have improved my project by adding more details and support to the tails because itkept on falling off.
